Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for part-time roles across Minnesota stores. You will support the pharmacy team in delivering accurate prescription processing, assist with immunizations where allowed, and help maintain safe and efficient operations.

This position emphasizes patient service, compliance with regulations, and teamwork. The role requires adherence to state board requirements, ongoing training, and willingness to travel between stores as needed to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, which includes but is not limited to, age, education, and licensure/certification
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage and improve patient health
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Contribute to positive patient experiences with empathy and care at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone
• Complete basic inventory activities and cycle counts as directed by pharmacy leadership
• Be flexible for scheduling and travel to stores in the market as needed
