Job summary

CVS Health in Massachusetts is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and patient‑centered service across store operations. You will engage with patients, handle pick‑ups, drive‑thru, and phone queries, while upholding the company’s standards for safety, quality and care.

Qualifications

• Must meet state board requirements for pharmacy practice.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or active enrollment.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow SOPs to assist pharmacists in safe prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver excellent patient service with empathy across pick‑up, drive‑thru and phone.
• Assist with inventory tasks and returns‑to‑stocks as directed.
• Travel to other stores in the market to cover scheduling needs.
