Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements for age, education and licensure/certification.
• If no minimum age is mandated, must be at least 16 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or actively enrolled in high school or equivalent program.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe.
• Ensure prescription information is accurate and labeling is correct.
• Deliver empathetic, patient-centered service and assist pharmacists.
• Perform inventory tasks and returns-to-stocks as directed.
• Travel to stores in the market as needed to support business needs.
• Comply with laws and CVS policies to protect patient privacy and safety.
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law.
