Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Part-time Pharmacy Technician in Laurel, MS to support pharmacists in prescription fulfillment, patient service, and daily store operations. The role requires adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and state regulations, with a focus on compassionate care.

The Technician will assist with inventory, maintain accuracy, and help deliver immunization and other services where allowed by law, while upholding patient privacy and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements including age and licensure/certification.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist pharmacists in prescription fulfillment and patient service.
• Maintain inventory and follow SOPs for accuracy and safety.
• Provide compassionate customer service at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone.
• Support immunizations and other services where permitted by law.
• Ensure patient privacy and security in accordance with CVS policies.
