Job summary

CVS Health is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician to join our retail pharmacy team in Connecticut. You will support the pharmacy staff to ensure safe, accurate prescriptions and patient-centered service.

This role emphasizes SOP adherence, inventory tasks, and providing a caring experience to customers at pickup, drive-thru, and during calls. The ideal candidate has experience as a Pharmacy Technician, is licensed where required, and is capable of working in a fast-paced, customer-focused

Qualifications

• Must meet state board requirements for pharmacy practice.
• Minimum age 16 where required by state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; licensure/certification varies by state.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Fill prescriptions safely and promptly following SOPs.
• Assist with inventory and stock management as directed.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pickup, drive-thru, and by phone.
• Assist with immunizations and other services where allowed.
• Travel to stores in the market to cover shifts as needed.
