Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional patient service in-store. You will follow SOPs, assist with inventory, and help expand clinical services such as immunizations as allowed by law.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience, and meet state licensure/certification requirements. This role offers a flexible schedule and employee benefits where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including licensure/certification.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage and improve patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone; assist with immunizations and other services.
• Perform basic inventory activities and assist in stock management under supervision.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team and be receptive to feedback to grow clinically and technically.
• Travel to stores in the market as needed to cover scheduling and business needs.
