Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic service and positive patient experiences at pick-up, drive-thru, and calls.
• Complete basic inventory tasks and support workflow procedures as directed.
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain patient privacy and data security.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to stores within the market as needed.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and CVS policies.
