Job summary
Kansas Health System - Southlake Campus in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Pharmacy Technician II for Retail Pharmacy Fulfillment. This full-time daytime role supports filling prescriptions, uses medication robot systems, and ensures timely delivery of medications to patients.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- 2+ years experience as a pharmacy technician in a comparable setting.
- Pharmacy Technician Registration with KS or MO state boards upon hire.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with PTCB or equivalent certification.
Responsibilities
- Prepares medications for dispensing with accurate calculations and safety protocols.
- Distributes medications and manages dispensing workflows and POS processes.
- Maintains inventory and minimizes waste through proper rotation.
- Operates pharmacy computer systems and assists with automation troubleshooting.
- Ensures regulatory compliance and accurate logs/records.
- Communicates with patients and caregivers to resolve routine questions.
- Supports pharmacists in clinical inquiries and medication safety.
