Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, dispense, and label medications per policies and regulations.
• Enter patient data accurately and maintain clear documentation.
• Maintain inventory and operate automated medication delivery systems.
• Support pharmacists in day-to-day operations and assist patients with questions.
• Assist with prescriber communications and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Adhere to Joint Commission, DOH, and organizational QA procedures.
