Virginia Mason Franciscan Health seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in dispensing medications, assisting patients, and ensuring efficient daily operations across the pharmacy.

You will process prescriptions, enter patient data, count, pour and label medications, and manage inventory with accuracy and compliance to regulations. Strong communication and customer service are essential in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required upon hire.
• Minimum 6 months of IV medication compounding experience.
• Pharmacy Technician license for WA required upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Prepares, distributes and delivers medications in accordance with CSH policies and procedures, The Joint Commission requirements, and Department of Health regulations.
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks in support of the day to day operations of the department.
• Maintains proper medication and supply stock levels.
• Operates and maintains automated medication delivery systems and devices.
• Participates in department quality assurance programs and maintains appropriate quality assurance documentation.
• Trained and certified in IV admixture preparation including all regulatory and compliance requirements.
