M Chest Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Technician II (Inventory) in Sulphur Springs, TX. This in-person role focuses on inventory management within a closed-door Long-Term Care Pharmacy, offering growth and cross-department collaboration opportunities.

Ideal candidates hold a Texas-registered Pharmacy Technician with CPhT and thrive in a fast-paced production environment, supporting daily operations and ensuring medications are available when needed.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential.
• Active Texas State Board of Pharmacy Technician registration in good standing (Required).
• Experience working with inventory.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems effectively.
• Fast-paced, production-driven environment experience.
• Standing/walking for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Valid driver's license (Required).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective active listening and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with cross-department collaboration.
• Proficiency in basic computer functions.

• Receive and place daily inventory orders.
• Work with Excel spreadsheets daily.

M Chest Pharmacy is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician II (Inventory) to join our growing closed-door Long-Term Care Pharmacy in Sulphur Springs, Texas. This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy inventory management, problem-solving, and collaborating with multiple departments to help ensure medications are available when needed.

Join a closed-door Long-Term Care Pharmacy dedicated to supporting the medication needs of patients and healthcare facilities throughout Texas.

Schedule

Schedule is flexible based on business needs and candidate availability within pharmacy operating hours:

• Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday – Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay & Growth Opportunities

Starting pay range: $18.10 - $19.02 per hour, based on experience.

Additional earning potential through competency-based pay differentials within 90 days based on demonstrated performance and competency, as well as additional pay opportunities for IV-certified Pharmacy Technicians.

What You'll Do

• Lift and move boxes as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
• Active and verifiable Texas State Board of Pharmacy Technician registration in good standing (Required)
• Experience working with inventory
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to regularly lift up to 20 pounds
• Valid driver's license (Required)
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective active listening and communication skills
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments
