Applicants should have a Florida Pharmacy Technician license in good standing, 1–2 years of related experience, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a pharmacy, warehouse, or fulfillment environment preferred.
• Active Florida Pharmacy Technician License in good standing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours at a time).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, pack, and prepare prescription and medical supply orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving shipments, verifying packing slips, and restocking bins.
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory audits.
• Pre-pack products and create kits for pump supplies and other specialized orders.
• Process returned orders, update inventory systems, and prepare reorders as needed.
• Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Break down boxes, dispose of packaging materials, and maintain a safe warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Lift and move boxes and supplies weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
