Job summary

SGS Consulting in California is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists with daily operations, patient communication, and prescription fulfillment.

The role requires CA licensure, at least 1 year of experience, and strong customer service. PTCB is a plus, along with basic computer skills; familiarity with Specialty Pharmacy is beneficial.

Qualifications

• CA state pharmacy technician licensure is required.
• The national certificate, PTCB preferred but not required.

• Basic computer skills include word processing and spreadsheet utilization.
• Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) required.
• Specialty Pharmacy experience is a plus.

• Complete order entry and refills under the supervision of the pharmacist
• Inventory management and storage, complete appropriate documentation, such as labels, log sheets and reports
• Participate in on call rotation as indicated by staffing and business needs

Skills:

• CA state pharmacy technician licensure is required

• At least 01 years' experience as a pharmacy technician
• Basic computer skills include word processing and spreadsheet utilization

Education/Experience:

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required with CA state pharmacy technician licensure is required
