Qualifications

• Complete required continuing education.
• Successfully finish Pharmacy Technician I checklist within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to patients in clinic areas and by phone.
• Process prescriptions, verify eligibility, count, label, and communicate with prescribers.
• Operate cash register, handle payments, and balance receipts.
• Stock inventory and remove expired items; maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational policies.
