Fortrea in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a highly motivated Pharmacy Technician for a full-time, office-based position in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You will contribute to establishing safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of new drugs, working with leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

The role requires attention to detail, initiative, and a strong interest in learning procedures beyond routine tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a quality, R&D, or manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with GDP, GMP, and data integrity principles.
• Experience with sterile compounding or pharmaceutical manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Direct hospital or long-term care pharmacy technician experience.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician and/or Pharmacy Technician Certification is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Work in a laboratory or clinical environment with exposure to laboratory equipment and safety protocols.
• Perform tasks in alignment with study protocols and regulatory requirements; learn and apply new procedures.
• Adapt to changing priorities and collaborate effectively with team members to meet timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data integrity in electronic systems.
