Qualifications

• PTCB Certification required.
• No prior experience required; 1 year of recent retail pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops competence in dispensing and use of information systems and automation for dispensing and storage of medications.
• Develops competence in preparing non-sterile products following USP/state/federal guidelines.
• Enters medication orders in computer systems and processes medication requests.
• Manages calls from customers and team members, resolving issues or handing off as needed.
• Follows pharmacy procedures and documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Complies with legal standards including USP and DNV requirements.
