Arkansas Children's is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for the Acute Care Pharmacy. The role supports pharmacists by preparing medications, IVs, and order fills with accuracy. You will handle refills, communicate issues to pharmacists, and maintain organized drug storage with up-to-date lot numbers and expiration dates.
Required: High school diploma or GED. A preferred Associate Degree and AR State Board of Pharmacy certification.

Most new hires start between $17.20-$21.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Pharmacy Technicians provide basic assistance to pharmacists and other healthcare professionals with the medication delivery system. Technicians will prepare new and refill medication doses which include oral, injectable, IV solutions, floor stock requests and other supply needs. They will communicate any issues with order preparation and delivery with staff pharmacist.
