St. Luke’s is seeking a pharmacy professional to support centralized fill and home delivery operations in Meridian/Boise, Idaho. The role ensures safe, timely medication fulfillment and regulatory compliance in a high-volume setting.

You will collaborate across the health system to maintain continuity of care, promote patient adherence, and help close therapy gaps. The role includes opportunities for professional development and certification-related pay.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Two (2) or more years of experience in pharmacy or related field.
• Preferred: experience in a clinic or patient access setting.

Responsabilidades

• Support Central Fill & Home Delivery Operations: prepare, package, and distribute prescription medications accurately in a high-volume central fill environment.
• Collaborate with health system retail partners to ensure seamless medication fulfillment and timely access to therapy.
• Ensure patient-focused fulfillment: maintain documentation and coordinate fulfillment timelines for correct medications at the right time.
• Contribute to operational impact by improving workflows and prioritizing patient satisfaction.
