Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience; advanced degree may substitute for experience.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Enter new and refill prescriptions into the operating system accurately and timely.
• Triage incoming fax prescriptions to ensure timely dispensing.
• Assist with filing, inventory, and order processing as needed.
• Communicate with customers by phone and respond promptly to inquiries.
