Job summary

Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, ME, is hiring a Retail Pharmacy Technician for the CMME Pharmacy on a full-time, variable-shift basis. Under pharmacist supervision you’ll assist in daily operations, support patient care, and help maintain accuracy and safety in dispensing.

This role requires state licensure/registration if required, a high school diploma, and ASHP-accredited training or equivalent; 340B experience is a plus. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician license/registration as required by state regulations.
• Prior pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Graduate of ASHP-accredited training program preferred.
• PTCB or NHA certification required within 6 months of hire or valid intern license.
• 340B program experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in daily pharmacy operations under supervision.
• Help ensure accuracy and safety of dispensing and medication preparation.
• Support patient care and customer service in the pharmacy.
