Pharmacy Technician - Full Time - Port Gamble S'Klallam Pharmacy

VytlOne (formerly know as Maxor National Pharmacy Services) is seeking a highly competent, compassionate, Pharmacy Technician for this clinic-based pharmacy located in Kingston, WA. We offer an integrated approach to patient care, as the pharmacy team collaborates closely with the doctors and nurses in the healthcare center. The pharmacy team will be an integral part of the care team for each patient. So, you would have a direct hand in improving outcomes. Hours:Pharmacy hours Monday-Friday 9a-6p, closed 2p-3p for lunch; possible Saturday hours with pharmacy growth

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in providing accurate, timely, appropriate, and compliant pharmacy services as per local/federal regulations and company policies and procedures
• Enter patient data and prescription information accurately and efficiently
• Provide compassionate and attentive customer service
• Answer telephones expediently and courteously
• Operate POS and ring sales accurately
• Demonstrate proficiency, sensitivity, and a sense of urgency during all phone and on-site interactions
• Complete tasks in an organized, accurate and efficient manner
• Think and act proactively
• Demonstrate the utmost professionalism at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess the following education and experience necessary for this position:

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED

• Current/Clear Washington State Technician registration.

• Minimum of 2 years’ Pharmacy Technician experience in a retail pharmacy preferrably

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment proficiently
• Nationally certified by PTCB is a PLUS, or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire. (We will assist)

The targeted hourly range for this role is between $19-$25/hr, depending on experience and national certification
