Guardian Pharmacy, LLC in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician I for an on-site role under a Registered Pharmacist. You will fill and package prescriptions accurately for customer delivery and maintain precise inventory control.

Responsibilities include labeling, scanning, notifying pharmacists of issues, and collaborating with the team to meet accuracy and productivity targets while complying with all regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy technician license/certification/registration required (state requirements).
• National Certification (PTCB) preferred.
• 1+ years related experience; ability to work independently and to deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and pulling prescriptions from inventory.
• Apply labels to packaging, scan and assemble into bins accurately.
• Alert pharmacist on duty of any medication scanning issues.
• Participate in training to gain proficiency in other fulfillment areas.
• Communicate inventory needs to ensure adequate supply to complete orders.
• Maintain inventory levels and organize stock; assist in physical inventory as needed.
• Meet pharmacy accuracy and productivity targets consistently.
• Work with supervisors and teams to keep workflow smooth and efficient.
• Keep workstation clean and orderly; replenish stock as needed.
• Comply with local, state, and federal regulations regarding dispensing.

May assist in physical inventory.Consistently meet pharmacy's established accuracy and productivity levels.Work collaboratively with other supervisors/functional areas to keep work flowing smoothly and efficiently.Maintain clean and orderly workstation.
