Job summary

Mullaney's Pharmacy & Home Healthcare, a Guardian family member in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a dedicated delivery/warehouse associate to ensure accurate prescription totes and timely deliveries.

You will work four ten-hour shifts across Monday–Friday with weekend rotation, in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting that emphasizes privacy compliance and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Scan prescriptions into totes to ensure proper totting of product.
• Check totes for assigned facilities to ensure orders are complete before departure.
• Provide a pleasant and respectful demeanor to clients at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and adapt in special circumstances as needed.
• Adhere to patient privacy rules and comply with regulations.

Schedule

Monday - Friday Hours

10:30 am - 8:30 pm

Saturday

10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Sunday

12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Pay Range

$15.20 - $22.80 per hour

Schedule is four ten-hour shifts a week with one week a month being three ten-hour shifts and a weekend rotation

Ensure all deliveries are accurate and timely. Comply with Federal and Company privacy regulations regarding safeguarding of patient information.

Essential Functions (include the following):

• Scan prescriptions into totes to ensure proper totting of product
• Check totes for assigned facilities to ensure order is complete prior to departure
• Present a pleasant and respectful demeanor to all clients at all times
• Work with other team members as needed in special circumstances; be flexible as needed
• Follow instructions precisely related to patient privacy rules
• Other essential functions and duties may be assigned as needed

Education and/or Certifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required

Skills and Qualifications:

• Computer skills; pharmacy operations system experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
• Ability to solve problems with minimal direction
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines
• Quality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears inaccurate
