The position requires High School/GED and state licensure as needed, with a focus on customer service, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced pharmacy environment at Meijer locations.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Registered and/or licensed as required in the state of practice.
• Retail/Community pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Proficient typing and basic math skills.

Responsabilités

• Interact with patients at various service points of contact.
• Promote pharmacy initiatives and clinical services to customers.
• Input customer and prescription information into the pharmacy dispensing system.
• Create prescription labels and adjudicate insurance claims.
• Retrieve medication from inventory and stock supplies.
• Complete paperwork related to filling prescriptions and drug orders.
• Order prescription medications for the Pharmacy Department.
• Maintain a clean, orderly pharmacy workspace and confidentiality of patient information.
