Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Meets minimum state requirements to perform the functions related to the position.
• Any previous comparable experience.
• Any equivalent experience of a pharmacy clerk.
• EPRN familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist pharmacist as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
• Manage cash register and payments per policy.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and stock.
• Triage calls and respond to inquiries.
• Handle vendor coupons and pricing per company guidelines.
