United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI) is hiring a part-time Pharmacy Technician for Cub Maplewood West in Minnesota. You will assist the pharmacist, process orders, manage stock, and ensure compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations in a fast-paced retail setting.

Open availability to include weekends and evenings; strong communication, independence, and reliability are essential. Benefits include flexible scheduling, employee discount, and weekly pay, with support from the UNFI pharmacy team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to communicate through two-way verbal and written communication
• Ability to operate and use various office equipment (PC, telephone, fax)
• Ability to work extended hours, including weekends and evenings
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to read and see things in close proximity

Responsibilities

• Assists the pharmacist in filling prescriptions
• Responsible for accurately processing customers’ orders through ensuring price accuracy and product knowledge
• Ensures positive customer relations
• Hazardous drug handling
• Performs department receiving and stocking
• Assists in ordering
• Pulls bottles of drugs for Pharmacists to fill prescriptions
• Organizes and cleans
• Maintains Board of Pharmacy regulations
