Job summary

CVS Health stores in Massachusetts are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This part-time role supports pharmacy operations, helps ensure safe and accurate dispensing, and delivers caring service to patients and customers.

You will complete required training and licensing as per state guidelines; immunization support is available where permissible, with opportunities to expand clinical and technical knowledge. 25 hours weekly, pay range $17–$27 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be a Pharmacy Technician with state licensure or certification where required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail pharmacy or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work at least part-time including evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacists in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Follow SOPs and assist with inventory, labeling, and patient interaction.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Assist with immunizations where permissible and supported by training.
• Adapt to scheduling needs across the market stores.
