Job summary

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice, including age and education
• State board requirements vary by state for licensure and certification
• Active licensure/certification as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred or required where applicable

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and patients with empathy and professionalism at the counter
• Assist pharmacists with safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and labeling
• Support immunization services and point-of-care testing where allowed by law
• Complete required training within designated timeframes and maintain SOP compliance
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and compliant store environment
• Be flexible for scheduling including nights, weekends, and market travel when needed
• Follow all federal, state, local regulations and CVS policies for patient safety and privacy
• Assist with inventory tasks and store operations as directed by the leadership team
