Albertsons Companies is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in processing prescriptions, data entry, and medication preparation within regulatory guidelines. You will interact with customers, answer questions, and help maintain accurate records and inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and familiarity with pharmacy procedures and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• Professional and courteous patient communication.
• Experience with data entry, medication preparation, and order processing within regulatory limits.
• Accurate prescription input, labeling, calculations, and record management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining workflow and compliance.
• Familiarity with prescription terminology, dosage forms, and product recognition.
• Effective verbal and written communication, including phone interactions with patients and providers.
• Ability to follow HIPAA guidelines and federal/state pharmacy laws.
• Capable of adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
