• Must be 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all local, state and federal regulations; report illegal activity.
• Uphold food safety, sanitation and safety regulations; report unsafe conditions.
• Perform ordering with primary and secondary wholesalers.
• Follow guidelines for inventory management, ordering of medications and supplies.
• Maintain clean, organized work stations and customer waiting areas.
• Count, measure and prepare specified product using company best practices.
• Complete billing procedures adequately to assure best value to the customer and the company.
• Answer phone and triage calls and answer inquiries.
• Understand and follow guidelines on accepting and tendering vendor coupons and cash handling policies.
• Operate cash register and follow cashier policies to prevent loss.
• Provide a stellar customer experience while data entry, adjudication and product dispensing.
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgement.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Support health and wellness initiatives.
• Put away legend orders, including Central Fill deliveries.
• Work cooperatively in high paced environments and manage conflicts professionally.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve issues.
• Interact with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
