Job summary

Walgreens in Rincon, GA is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support the Pharmacy team in daily operations, under supervision of the pharmacist. You will assist with prescription processing, inventory, and customer service to ensure accurate dispensing and a positive experience for patients.

Applicants should be fluent in English, willing to work evenings/weekends, and have or pursue PTCB certification. Prior retail experience and good math/computer skills are preferred to help maintain store

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail environment experience.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and assists with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive experience and share service best practices.
• Assists in pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision, including entering information and processing prescriptions.
• Maintains inventory and supports department with clerical duties and cash handling.
