Vanderbilt Health seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in medication preparation, dispensing and distribution. The role offers a fast-paced environment with training provided and shifts starting as early as 6:00am.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (Tennessee)
• Relevant work experience
• Less than 1 year experience
• Education: Graduate of an approved discipline specific program

Responsabilités

• Assist the pharmacist in the preparation, dispensing and distribution of medications.
• Apply departmental processes regarding inventory control.
• Follow laws, regulations and hospital policies; support Pharmacists/Managers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
• Operate computer systems and technology.
