Job summary

You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations when permitted, maintain inventory, and travel between stores as needed to support the market. All roles require state licensure and completion of required training.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or licensure/certification
• If no minimum age is mandated, must be at least 16 years old
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: actively help people in a friendly manner
• Communication Skills: clear verbal and written interaction with patients and colleagues
• Mathematical Reasoning: compute day’s supply and label accuracy
• Problem Resolution: handle patient or colleague issues effectively
• Physical Demands: mobility and lifting up to 20 lb as needed
• Follow laws, CVS policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and privacy
• Deliver additional patient health services (e.g., immunizations, point-of-care testing) where allowed by law
• Support immunizations including licensure and vaccine administration responsibilities

Education
