Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration per state requirements; National Certification (PTCB) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter new and refill prescriptions into the operating system accurately and promptly.
• Triage incoming fax prescriptions to ensure timely dispensing.
• Verify dosage and maintain accurate notes and cycle fill coding.
• Respond to calls from customers with care and escalate as needed to ensure top-level service.
• Support filling, packaging, inventory, and documentation for patient dispensing as needed.
