Qualifications

Responsibilities

Complies with all applicable federal, state laws, pharmacy regulations, and company policies.
Prepares and dispenses prescription medications, all supervised by the Pharmacist.
Follow directions from the pharmacist on duty and pharmacy manager.
Enter customer data into the computer, keep accurate records, complete all necessary paperwork relating to the pharmacy.
Counsels patients and medical providers regarding drugs, dosage, interactions and side effects.
Fulfill general housekeeping duties.
Achieve financial goals such as sales and gross profit maximization, and minimize shrink and supply expense.
Maintain security of all controlled substances.
