Thrifty White Pharmacy in Minnesota is seeking Pharmacy Technicians for Maple Grove/Plymouth areas to assist the pharmacy team with processing prescriptions and maintaining accurate records.

The LTC Pharmacy Technician - Tech Entry role offers a flexible schedule, profit sharing, and a path to training with on-the-job instruction, plus opportunities to learn new technologies and support patient care.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• MN Pharmacy Technician registration or willingness to complete the training program within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and enter prescriptions into computer systems.
• Maintain prescription information to ensure accurate records.
• Troubleshoot rejected claims or billing issues.
• Place outbound calls and faxes to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare partners.
• Learn and implement new technologies as they become available.
• Maintain flexibility in changing job roles and responsibilities.
• Ensure reliable attendance to fulfill essential functions.
