Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage medication order entry for various facilities and ensure accurate billing of third-party claims.

The role emphasizes precise data entry of patient profiles and medications, along with maintaining up-to-date facility information. The incumbent will provide customer service, resolve problems, and may travel to client locations or patients' homes for meetings or drug exchanges.

Qualifications

• General computer and keyboarding skills.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment and/or random drug screening test.
• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED; AS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter medication orders for multiple facilities accurately.
• Ensure Third Party claims are billed properly and credited monthly.
• Maintain patient and facility profiles with up-to-date information.
• Provide customer service and problem resolution to assigned facilities.
• Travel to homes for meetings or drug exchanges may be required.
• Train new employees and support orientation.
• Complete mandatory and regulatory trainings.
