Central Drugs Compounding Pharmacy in California is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician dedicated to accurate prescription processing and exceptional customer service. The role involves managing inventory, data entry, and patient communication while supporting pharmacists and staff.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, verify patient information, and assist with transfers and education. Monday through Friday, 9:00AM–6:00PM, with a focus on efficiency and 100% customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Six months of Pharmacy experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and professionalism.
• Accurate data entry and familiarity with pharmacy software.
• Effective communication skills (listening, speaking, written) and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions accurately and promptly.
• Maintain and organize pharmacy inventory.
• Enter and verify patient and prescriber information.
• Call patients regarding prescription status and refills.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
