Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience teammate to support pharmacy operations and front-end service in Woodbridge, VA. You will greet customers, assist with products and services, and help the pharmacist with dispensing and data entry.

Under supervision, you will process prescriptions, manage inventory, and handle POS transactions. A friendly, accurate approach and willingness to work evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately.
• Good computer skills preferred.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients, assist with products and services to create a positive experience.
• Under pharmacist supervision, assist in pharmacy operations and patient data entry.
• Fill prescriptions, verify accuracy, and support medication interactions checks.
• Manage cash register and assist customers to locate OTC products; handle calls as needed.
