Job summary

CVS Health in Minnesota is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join the store team on a part-time basis. You will support pharmacists, help with prescriptions, and assist with immunizations when permitted, ensuring safe, accurate, and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, handling inventory, and delivering friendly service while maintaining regulatory compliance and privacy protections.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing pharmacy practice.
• If no minimum age is specified, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• Pharmacy technician registration or certification may be required by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to assist Pharmacists in patient care.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment at all steps (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off).
• Provide empathetic, patient-centered service and assist with immunizations and related services where allowed.
• Perform basic inventory activities and assist with deliveries, returns, and cycle counts as directed.
• Collaborate with team, stay flexible to business needs, and uphold safety and privacy standards.
