Life Tree Pharmacy seeks a part-time technician focused on accurate packaging and medication preparation to support pharmacists in daily operations. The role involves packaging, labeling, inventory tasks, and delivery preparation in a compliant environment.

Preferred candidates may be Registered Pharmacy Technicians or trainees aiming to become registered, with a requirement to be at least 16 years old. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Supports pharmacists in daily operations of the pharmacy.
• Demonstrates accuracy in packaging medications per standard procedures.
• Assists with inventory maintenance and ordering of supplies.
• Prepares compounds under pharmacist supervision.
• Labels prescriptions clearly with necessary cautions.
• Prepares medications for delivery to customers.
• Maintains environmental controls and compliance with regulations.
• Adheres to HIPAA and FDA rules and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Strives for compliance by all staff with internal controls and state and federal regulations.
