Blink Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for an onsite Chesterfield, MO location. You will assist with unloading shipments, prepare prescription orders, and maintain inventory while collaborating with pharmacists and a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• MO Pharmacy Technician license in good standing or eligibility preferred.
• Prior experience as pharmacy technician, fulfillment center or warehouse preferred.
• Strong command of English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate basic warehouse equipment.
• Stand, walk, bend and perform repetitive movements up to 10 hours per shift.
• Dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to learn complex software and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments.
• Assist in preparation of prescription orders, including workflow, dispensing and shipping.
• Maintain inventory storage, ordering, rotation and dating.
• Provide patient care to support Blink programs and triage to a pharmacist.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and work areas.
• Prepare and stage outgoing orders for delivery or shipment.
• Perform tasks safely and in compliance with policies and laws.
• Work with management and pharmacists.
• Complete special assignments as directed by supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in unloading, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments of medications, supplies, and packaging materials.
• Assists in the preparation of prescription orders, including management of workflow, dispensing, and shipping
• Maintenance of inventory including inventory storage, ordering, rotating and beyond use dating
• Provide patient care to accurately support our programs and triage to a pharmacist when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and work areas.
• Prepare and stage outgoing orders for delivery or shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws
• Work collaboratively with the management team and pharmacists
• Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Preferred: Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Missouri (in good standing and unrestricted), or eligibility to obtain it
• Prior experience as a pharmacy technician, fulfillment center or warehouse is preferred
• Strong command of the English language
• Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move inventory materials (up to 50 lbs) and operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, barcode scanners).
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods, including standing and walking for up to 10 hours per shift.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Proven ability to learn complex new software and technologies

Location/Hours

• Onsite, 400 S Woods Mill Rd, Chesterfield, MO
• Full time, 40 hrs/week, 4 10 hrs shifts
• Available shifts are : (1) Wed, Thu, Fri and Sat 7am-5pm. (2) Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed 7am-5pm;(3) Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 7am-5pm
