We are hiring Pharmacy Technicians for our Central Fill Plainfield, Indiana location. Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy specializes in processing and dispensing prescriptions for multiple retail pharmacy locations within a region. Unlike traditional pharmacies, Central Fill uses automation to ensure prescriptions are filled quickly and accurately. Our goal is to support retail pharmacies in providing clinical services and education to the community, even though we are not patient-facing.
The candidate must meet state requirements to work as a Pharmacy Technician, such as minimum age and hold an active/valid Pharmacy Technician license by the State of Indiana.
The starting pay for a Pharmacy Technician is $17.00/hour and increases with experience, plus a $2.00/hour shift differential for the 2nd shift and $3.00/hour for the 3rd shift.
We are hiring for the following shifts:
Primary schedule is offered, but schedules may change to meet business needs. Flexibility to work any day during the week is required for holiday closures, training, and overtime.
