Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and licensure/certification
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state
• Completion of company training program and satisfaction of registration and certification requirements per state guidelines

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to assist pharmacists
• Assist with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Provide empathetic patient service during pick-up, drive-thru, and phone interactions
• Assist with inventory activities and returns-to-stocks as directed
• Support a safe, inclusive team culture and be flexible with shifts
• Comply with laws, regulations, and CVS policies to protect patient privacy and safety
• Deliver additional health services where allowed and trained
