Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements and licensure/certification guidelines.
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age.
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program

Responsibilities

• Contribute to safe and effective operations of the pharmacy by following SOPs and assisting pharmacists.
• Assist patients and customers to deliver an exceptional experience at pickup, drive-thru, and phone interactions.
• Support safe, accurate prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures and standard procedures.
• Complete basic inventory activities, including stocking and cycle counts, as directed by leadership.
• Contribute to a high-performing team and stay flexible for scheduling and market travel as needed.
• Comply with applicable laws and CVS policies to ensure patient safety and privacy, including controlled substance handling.
