Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and compassionate service in a fast-paced retail setting. You’ll follow SOPs, assist with immunizations where permitted, and help manage inventory and patient interactions with care.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice.
• If state board does not address a minimum age, must be at least 16 years old.
• If state board does not address education, must have a high school diploma or equivalent or be enrolled in HS or equivalent.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist pharmacists in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment across the workflow (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off).
• Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Complete basic inventory activities and follow cycles counts, returns-to-stocks and other inventory tasks as directed.
• Support immunizations or other vaccine-related services where permitted by law and training.
