Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists.
• Assist with prescription fulfillment and accuracy checks.
• Provide compassionate customer service at pickup, drive-thru, and phone.
• Assist with inventory tasks, returns-to-stocks, and cycle counts.
• Support immunizations and other pharmacist-led services where allowed.
