Job summary

You will follow SOPs, assist customers at the counter and drive-thru, and participate in immunization and other services where allowed, while maintaining attention to detail and a collaborative team approach across stores.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing pharmacy practice.
• If state board has no minimum age, must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers at workstations and support pharmacists in dispensing.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures to ensure safe, accurate prescriptions.
• Provide empathetic customer service and maintain patient safety standards.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Be flexible with scheduling and travel to stores as needed.
