• High School Diploma or GED required.
• License/Registration issued by Florida or Compact State - Registered Pharmacy Technician.
• At least six months of experience in a related practice setting.

Responsabilidades

• Perform prescription order entry, claims adjudication, medication preparation and dispensing, distribution, non-sterile and sterile compounding, and inventory management.
• Operate automated pharmacy devices and equipment, handle controlled substances, maintain assigned areas, and communicate with patients.
• Assess and address the age-specific needs of patients and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

The Pharmacy Technician supports pharmacy operations by performing a variety of tasks, including prescription order entry, claims adjudication, medication preparation and dispensing, distribution, non-sterile and sterile compounding, and inventory management. Responsibilities also include operating automated pharmacy devices and equipment, handling controlled substances, maintaining assigned areas, and providing effective communication with patients. This role requires assessing and addressing the age-specific needs of patients and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications
