Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking a Part Time Pharmacy Technician to support dispensing prescriptions and clerical duties under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist. Location: Addison, TX.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, inventory management, and compliance with federal and state requirements. Active TX Pharmacy Technician license and access to reliable transportation are required; occasional local deliveries may be needed.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted TX Pharmacy Technician license.
• Reliable transportation and valid US driver’s license.
• Ability to use own vehicle for deliveries and mail runs.

Responsibilities

• Fills prescription orders under direct supervision of a Pharmacist.
• Provides exceptional customer service to patients and clinic staff.
• Manages pharmacy supplies and inventory.
• Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders.
• Maintains inventory records in the computer system.
• Assists with general clerical duties and compliance with regulations.
• Occasional local deliveries and daily drop-offs as needed.
